UHS 10U-12U

Upper Hand Skills is designed to help players master the fundamentals of skating, passing, stickhandling, and shooting. The camp focuses on building a strong foundation in the basics before progressing to more advanced techniques—giving players the upper hand on the ice and over their opponents.

Daily Structure:

Two On-Ice Sessions Per Day

Each day includes two high-intensity ice sessions focused on skill development and situational application.

Off-Ice Training & Education

Between ice sessions, players will learn how to properly warm up for games, tryouts, and practices. They will also participate in off-ice drills designed to build strength, speed, and overall athletic performance. Education will be led by video and Assistant coach of the Varsity team, JP Chua, in a 30-minute classroom setting each day.

Group Lunch

All players will eat lunch together between sessions, encouraging team bonding and camaraderie. Also, to learn about proper nutritioning. - Lunch provided

Recovery & Preparation

At the end of each day, players will receive instruction on proper recovery techniques to optimize performance and prevent injury.

Coaching Staff:

Our camp is led by coaches with experience at the Junior and Collegiate levels. We're passionate about giving back to the game by sharing the skills, habits, and knowledge we've gained throughout our playing careers.
