FVHA WINTER CLASSIC

A full refund will be issued for canceled registrations, minus a $100 processing fee, if the cancellation is made before the deadline. 10U: October 15 12U: November 15 6U/8U: December 15

FVHA Youth Hockey

Refund of ice fees for players unable to continue due to medical reasons or family relocation shall be issued as follows: 75% for withdrawl before December 1st, 50% before January 1st and 25% before February 1st.

UHS Summer Camp

FVHA operates as a non-profit organization and relies heavily on donations to support our programs. As such, we appreciate your understanding regarding our refund policy. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: Injury to the registered player Family-related emergencies that prevent participation in the camp All approved refunds will be subject to a $5 processing fee to cover transaction costs. Please note that by completing registration, you are making a full commitment to attend the camp. We encourage families to consider their schedules carefully before registering.
